Sahil Anand, CEO
A first generation entrepreneur, Sahil co-founded Rasilant Technologies Pvt Ltd. in 2005. Rasilant forayed into the RFID space with the driving mission "To be the global leader in the Automation sector, providing best in class end-to-end solutions.” Sahil's strategic vision has resulted in Rasilant emerging as one of the top companies in India in the RFID and automation space. His ability to forge strategic alliances has led to key partnerships with prestigious organizations including Reliance Communications (ADAG Group), Medical & Dental Council of India (Ministry of Health), IL&FS, HCL, and HID Global. His deep understanding of the automation industry has seen Rasilant also form credible long term associations with key industry sectors and government bodies in the Indian Market.

Sahil has over 6 years of experience in turn-key solutions based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), smart cards technology, biometrics data capture solutions and IT services. An engineer by training, he represents the drive to excel in pushing the company forward through his early years of experience in business management of real estate and international trade.

Shiladitya Mukhopadhyaya, CTO
A Co-founder at Rasilant Technologies and an avid technology enthusiast, Shiladitya has helped revolutionize the landscape of automated identification solutions using RFID technology in India. He leads the technology and operations division at Rasilant. As the technology head of the company, he has been leading the projects through their concept, development, and implementation. He has been advising various clients on all technical aspects concerning RFID based automation and system integration efforts.

Shiladitya, an executive director at Rasilant Technologies, is a graduate of University of Mumbai.

Saurabh Kumar, COO
An ex-management consultant, he brings more than 5 years of experience in the field of planning, operations, and technology development. He leads the operations, product development, and business strategy planning efforts at Rasilant. He has extensive experience in conducting due-diligence, market research studies and carrying out large turnkey projects. He has advised various clients, including government bodies, infrastructure companies, and investment banks on various turnkey infrastructure and system integration projects in US and India.

Saurabh also brings extensive client engagement and team building experience and is leading Rasilant’s foray in the emerging markets through new product offerings and geographical expansion.

Saurabh is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and IIT Bombay.

Rohan Akerkar, Head - Sales & Marketing
An MBA by training, Rohan has over 5 years of marketing and media experience. He has expertise in media branding, client management, and relationship building. He is responsible for all marketing and branding efforts at Rasilant. He also helps in conceptualizing and designing of RFID automation solutions. Rohan also drives the marketing planning functions including segmentation and targeting, product offerings, impleme­ntation, sales integration for general marketing and product development.

Rohan is a graduate of University of Mumbai and heads the sales and Marketing efforts at Rasilant.
